Responsibilities

  • Translating engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight.
  • Identifying tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Providing shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generating, managing, and closing non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Supporting the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
  • Collaborating with teams across various skills and geographic distances.
  • Ensuring quality and safety in manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and other technical tools.
  • Ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
