Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Support the introduction of new products by creating manufacturing plans and artifacts.
- Craft manufacturing bill of materials and work instructions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in CAD and technical software.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and contribute to an inclusive culture.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
