Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise to manufacturing engineering processes.
- Develop processes compliant with industry quality systems such as AS9100.
- Support production floor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across geographic locations.
- Assist in the assembly and integration of avionics hardware.
- Utilize CAD and other software tools for design and scheduling.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset in manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD and GD&T.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Ability to work cooperatively in team settings.
- Physical capability to support production activities, including lifting and climbing.
