Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise to manufacturing engineering processes.
  • Develop processes compliant with industry quality systems such as AS9100.
  • Support production floor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across geographic locations.
  • Assist in the assembly and integration of avionics hardware.
  • Utilize CAD and other software tools for design and scheduling.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset in manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD and GD&T.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in team settings.
  • Physical capability to support production activities, including lifting and climbing.
