Responsibilities
- Engage in the design, fabrication, and testing of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Plan and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production data to improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify tooling needs and create Manufacturing Work Instructions.
- Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews for production preparedness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address anomalies and improve quality control.
- Implement new technologies, including automation in production processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Skilled in mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Proficient in CAD, ERP, MES, and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
