Responsibilities
- Translating engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight.
- Identifying tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Providing shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Managing non-conformance report (NCR) generation and closure.
- Supporting the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
- Collaborating with teams across various skills and locations.
- Ensuring quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in related fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware is preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, including internships.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
