Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new products, including build plans and tool lists.
- Support a weekend work schedule with three 12-hour shifts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
- Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to work cooperatively across teams.
