Manufacturing Engineer (C Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new products, including build plans and tool lists.
  • Support a weekend work schedule with three 12-hour shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Prior internship experience in relevant manufacturing fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to work cooperatively across teams.
