Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
- Translate engineering requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products and accelerate build.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (3+ years for Level II Engineer).
- Experience creating accurate manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant engineering field and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
