Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate/implement new manufacturing technology.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective action.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (5+ years).
- Demonstrated experience creating manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shift and flexibility for extended shifts/overtime.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant engineering field and Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
