Responsibilities
- Develop and manage predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
- Review and control maintenance and inspection plans based on risk analysis.
- Monitor asset performance and analyze maintenance strategy effectiveness.
- Assess safety, reliability, and maintenance costs of assets.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for maintenance efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
- Facilitate workshops related to maintenance methodologies like RCA and FMEA.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability in aerospace or manufacturing.
- B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (aerospace, mechanical, electrical).
- Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Proven capability to develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
