Responsibilities
- Develop and manage predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
- Review and control maintenance and inspection plans based on risk analysis.
- Monitor asset performance and analyze maintenance strategies.
- Assess reliability and maintenance costs of assets.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for maintenance efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
- Coordinate activities between technical, engineering, and production teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability in aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
- B.S. degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or similar).
- Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Expertise in preventative and predictive maintenance processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work safely in an aerospace environment.
