Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead and document root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (0-3 years for Level I Engineer).
- Demonstrated experience creating clear manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts and flexibility for extended shifts/overtime.
- Preferred: Master’s/Advanced degree in relevant engineering field.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: Proficiency in engineering software tools like NX, CATIA, etc.
