Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to integrate products.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective action.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (0-3 years for Level I Engineer).
- Experience creating accurate manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shift with flexibility for overtime.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
- Proficiency in NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
