Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent into functional hardware.
- Support production activities according to Integrated Master Schedule priorities.
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for various processes.
- Review engineering drawings and provide final approval for manufacturing.
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
- Identify and implement new manufacturing methods to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies to enhance design and build feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.
- Ability to lead manufacturing engineers and teams.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 6-8+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficient in writing work instructions and using various software tools.
