Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent into functional hardware.
- Support shop floor production across multiple shifts.
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for various processes.
- Review engineering drawings and approve for manufacturing.
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
- Identify and implement new manufacturing methods.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work on the production floor and support various shifts.
- Proficiency in CAD and other software tools.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and 6-8+ years of experience.
