Responsibilities
- Define fluids component requirements and negotiate interfaces.
- Generate and present component details in design reviews.
- Generate and release engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with suppliers to procure materials and finalize designs.
- Conduct testing and analysis, providing verification products.
- Perform structural and fluid design and analysis of piping systems.
- Create fabrication and installation drawings.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion and fluid analysis.
- Knowledge of propulsion and fluid system components.
- Experience with analysis tools such as ANSYS.
- Proficiency in interpreting and generating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Experience with ProEngineer/Creo for creating drawings.
- Knowledge of standard installation and fabrication methods for piping systems.
