Responsibilities
- Engage in applied systems engineering projects, including system definition, test, integration, safety, operations, and verification.
- Collaborate with different business units such as New Shepard, New Glenn, and Blue Engines.
- Participate in multiple four-month rotations to explore various engineering fields.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Complete a technical assessment during the interview process.
- Develop both technical skills and leadership qualities through relevant projects.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit post-rotation.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2025.
- Enrollment or recent graduation from a college or university with a B.S. degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to start working full-time by September 2026.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Relevant internship/co-op experience is preferred.
- Passion for Blue Origin’s mission and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
