Responsibilities

  • Participate in three four-month rotations across different engineering fields.
  • Engage in projects involving guidance, navigation, controls, autonomy, avionics, simulation, system test, aerosciences, and systems engineering.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit for ongoing career placement after the program.
  • Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
  • Complete technical assessments during the interview process.
  • Contribute to projects based on the business unit objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities through relevant internship/co-op and academic projects.

Job Requirements

  • Must have completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2025.
  • Enrollment or recent graduation from a college or university.
  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in physics, aerospace engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Blue Origin's mission with a desire to learn and improve.
  • Preferred: M.S. degree or PhD in relevant engineering fields.
