Responsibilities
- Participate in three four-month rotations across different engineering fields.
- Engage in projects involving guidance, navigation, controls, autonomy, avionics, simulation, system test, aerosciences, and systems engineering.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit for ongoing career placement after the program.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Complete technical assessments during the interview process.
- Contribute to projects based on the business unit objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities through relevant internship/co-op and academic projects.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2025.
- Enrollment or recent graduation from a college or university.
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in physics, aerospace engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Blue Origin's mission with a desire to learn and improve.
- Preferred: M.S. degree or PhD in relevant engineering fields.
