Responsibilities
- Own the successful completion of major program outcomes through informal leadership of project and technical work teams.
- Lead development of recovery and root cause/corrective action analyses.
- Perform trade studies with vehicle level and subsystem design teams.
- Monitor and report on product health throughout the entire product build and delivery.
- Apply program management principles to develop executable plans and implement solutions.
- Manage production schedule and budget targets, analyzing and reporting on performance.
- Mentor other employees and provide technical direction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing engineering, and project management roles.
- Advanced understanding of engineering fundamentals across the development cycle.
- Experience in product leadership with technical project management responsibility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability in financial and data analysis/monitoring.
- Experience managing within fast-paced dynamic organizations.
