Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance on critical systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend repairs.
- Maintain equipment data to reduce repetitive failures.
- Develop drawings and specifications for building repairs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Coach and mentor other engineers in the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in electrical engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in facility design and maintenance.
- Experience in subcontract management and project management.
- Strong safety mindset and hands-on experience in critical operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Professional Engineer License preferred.
- Experience with spacecraft manufacturing or integration is a plus.
