Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for avionics subsystems and ground support equipment.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and production teams.
- Support the industrialization of new products related to solar arrays and avionics.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and inspection plans.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
- Support root cause analysis of process or product non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience supporting test teams or as a vehicle system operator.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware related to avionics or electrical systems.
- 1+ years of experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Ability to support off-shift and extended hours as required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Preferred experience with vehicle electrical systems and automated test equipment.
