Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, procedures, and execute tests while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate test instrumentation requirements and oversee related engineering artifacts.
- Assist in harness development including design, budgeting, and integration.
- Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and calibration.
- Write and manage updates to test procedures and campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors for test equipment design and fabrication.
- Troubleshoot real-time anomalies and provide solutions during testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test support roles.
- Strong safety work ethic and ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Experience troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems and reading schematics.
- Flexibility to support off shifts and on-call duties.
- Familiarity with aerospace vehicle electrical systems and verification approaches preferred.
- Ability to work in various testing conditions, including elevated heights and tight spaces.
