Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, procedures, and execute tests while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee test instrumentation requirements and manage related engineering artifacts.
- Assist in harness development and maintain automated test equipment configuration control.
- Write and manage test procedures and updates for test campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors for test equipment design and fabrication.
- Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time and provide solutions during tests.
- Support both indoor and outdoor testing conditions and work at elevated heights or tight spaces.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong safety work ethic and ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware related to vehicle electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical panel schematics and layout designs.
- Flexibility to support off-shift and weekend work as needed.
- Background in aerospace vehicle electrical systems is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a related testing role is preferred.
