Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
- Manage a team of engineers and project managers to improve business processes.
- Establish infrastructure for customer satisfaction and insight across New Glenn customers.
- Develop strategies for process automation and efficiency.
- Oversee integrated launch campaign processes across various organizations.
- Manage mission manifest and associated processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in an Engineering field.
- 10+ years managing complex aerospace projects.
- 5+ years in launch system or satellite operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad.
