Responsibilities
- Own project management for ESI deliverables, integrated scheduling, and budget oversight.
- Set measurable, strategic goals for the team and track progress.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Integrated Product Lead team.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate ESI programmatic risks and opportunities.
- Communicate status and recommended solutions to leadership.
- Drive process improvements in technical program management and cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful system design and validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 15+ years of engineering or technical program management experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership in high-stakes environments.
- Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Track record of achieving results in manufacturing or test settings.
- Experience with systems engineering principles and validation/verification processes.
