Responsibilities
- Develop and test Lunar Crew Systems avionics components.
- Design audio avionics systems for aerospace applications.
- Define product requirements and interfaces.
- Support hardware build, integration, and testing.
- Implement verification and qualification strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop mitigation plans for hardware failures.
- Collaborate across multiple technical functions throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or related field.
- Experience in complex hardware design and product design reviews.
- Knowledge of audio avionics systems development for aerospace.
- Familiarity with requirements development and verification processes.
- Direct experience with electronic hardware for human interaction in space.
- Understanding of radiation effects on electronics in space designs.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in space industry avionics.
