Responsibilities
- Support investigation and root cause analysis of control system faults and alarm events.
- Assist with sustainment of industrial control systems.
- Analyze large time-series data sets to identify trends and failure precursors.
- Evaluate alarm performance and support alarm rationalization efforts.
- Apply statistical analysis to detect anomalies in system behavior.
- Develop predictive or trend-based models for performance issues.
- Create scripts or tools for data processing and visualization.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- Must graduate between spring 2026 and summer 2027.
- Understanding of control systems fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical data.
- Experience with data analysis or scripting (Python, MATLAB, etc.).
- Familiarity with time series analysis and predictive modeling concepts.
- Pursuing an M.S. degree is desired.
