Responsibilities
- Manage supplier non-conformances.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for audits and improvement plans.
- Support incoming material reviews.
- Implement quality tools and methodologies.
- Analyze data from Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Develop and deliver communication plans and quality strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certifications.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, etc.).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
