Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and investigates equipment issues.
- Provides technical support for capital equipment projects and automation initiatives.
- Designs and executes equipment qualifications.
- Creates and updates equipment Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Implements process improvements and completes validations.
- Coordinates with external representatives on technical matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- Experience in a cGMP/FDA/ISO regulated environment preferred.
- Familiarity with capital projects from justification to sustaining preferred.
- Knowledge of OEE/Uptime measuring and LEAN 6 Sigma preferred.
- Experience with automated filling, sealing, packaging, and label printing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and independent judgment skills.
