Responsibilities
- Own electrical hardware design for a significant part of a grid tied inverter
- Schematic, PCB Layout, PCB and PCBA release
- Manufacturing ramp
- Root cause analysis
- Supplier visits for quality control
Job Requirements
- 2+ years expertise designing grid tied or similar power converters
- Extremely strong electrical engineering fundamentals
- Strong fundamentals of electrical layout and magnetic design
- Strong fundamentals of EMC design
- Strong working knowledge of UL 1741, IEEE 1547
- Four year college degree in Engineering, math, physics, or similar
