Responsibilities
- Provide Manufacturing Engineering support for Tactical RF aperture and electronic products.
- Participate in manufacturing projects including work cell design and layout optimization.
- Engage in Lean manufacturing projects for continuous improvement.
- Develop and refine modeling tools for manufacturing resource needs.
- Learn and use manufacturing system tools and systems.
- Prepare and present project work to the Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Maintain effective working relationships within the department and company.
Job Requirements
- Completed sophomore or junior year in a relevant degree program.
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Coursework in work cell design and modeling preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
- High energy and desire to learn.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week.
