Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing plans including workflow design and resource utilization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create future state process improvement CAD layouts.
- Engage in process validation activities.
- Prepare and present project work to the Industrial Operations department.
- Maintain effective working relationships within the department and the company.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a degree program, having completed sophomore or junior year.
- Experience in manufacturing and test processes.
- Preferred degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
- Basic competency in MS Office and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Revit).
- Desire to learn and strong work ethic.
