Responsibilities
- Participate in mechanical engineering design of MGSE and Special Test Equipment (STE).
- Perform CAD modeling and design analysis for MGSE hardware.
- Provide post-design sustaining engineering support from fabrication to testing.
- Support hardware development team to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed schedules and support team activities for hardware delivery.
- Interact with other functional disciplines in an integrated program team environment.
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks and opportunities proactively.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
- Demonstrated design analysis capability.
- Proficiency in CAD software for modeling/drafting.
- Degree from an accredited institution.
- Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Experience in MGSE for aerospace applications preferred.
