Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand market needs and prioritize solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
- Translate customer insights into clear product specifications for engineering.
- Balance scope, functionality, performance, cost, and time-to-market with engineering and program management.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from product performance and market research.
- Make data-driven decisions while addressing challenges creatively.
- Define and track key performance metrics for product improvement.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with hardware and integrated hardware/software devices.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience with product requirements, design, user research, and validation testing.
- Familiarity with quality, validation, and reliability processes for hardware products.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage requests and deliver on commitments.
