Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand market needs and prioritize solutions.
- Collaborate with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to improve products.
- Translate customer insights and technical requirements into product specifications for engineering.
- Balance scope, functionality, performance, cost, and time-to-market with engineering and program management.
- Analyze product performance data and market research to inform decisions.
- Define and track key performance metrics for products to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to product quality and reliability improvements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware and integrated hardware/software devices.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience with product requirements, design, user research, and validation testing.
- Familiarity with quality, validation, and reliability processes for hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
