Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand market needs and prioritize solutions.
- Work closely with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
- Translate customer insights and technical requirements into product specifications for engineering.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management on product scope, functionality, and time-to-market.
- Analyze product performance data and market research to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance metrics for the product, driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to product quality and reliability enhancements.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware and integrated hardware/software devices.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience with product requirements, design, user research, and validation testing.
- Familiarity with quality and reliability processes for hardware products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex interactions.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
