Electrical Engineer II

Provide a brief overview of the role as described in the file.

• Develop electronics for Aurora’s custom hardware.
• Gather requirements and define hardware architecture.
• Build, integrate, test, and debug electronics on the bench and in systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, operations, and validation teams to enhance electrical designs for manufacturing.
• Support test infrastructure development to meet product coverage and yield targets.
• Leverage expertise in product development processes.
• Utilize lab instruments for testing and analysis.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in developing complex electrical hardware.
• Expertise in system architecture and signal integrity design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic designs and PCB layout.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering.
• Experience with hardware productization and lab instruments.
• Knowledge of automotive requirements and safety frameworks (ISO26262) is desirable.
