Responsibilities
- Develop and lead manufacturing and supply chain strategy.
- Ensure on-time production of components and products.
- Build and improve production processes and material flow.
- Manage supplier sourcing and procurement.
- Support production readiness by ensuring materials are available.
- Partner with engineering and quality teams for prototype builds.
- Track inventory and implement risk mitigation plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations roles.
- Experience with large-volume parts production.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control.
- Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering and quality.
- Ability to identify operational risks and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
