Responsibilities
- Develop and lead manufacturing and supply chain strategy for current and future programs.
- Ensure on-time production of components and systems while seeking cost-effective solutions.
- Build and improve production processes and material flow.
- Manage supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure availability of materials and components for production readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for prototype builds and manufacturing improvements.
- Establish metrics and reporting for manufacturing and supply chain performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations roles.
- Experience with large-volume parts production and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and quality.
- Ability to identify operational risks and implement practical solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001 is preferred.
