Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end characterization of tools, defining criteria to measure, running software tests, and logging failures.
- Build software testing programs from scratch.
- Diagnose complex system errors by collaborating with electrical, mechanical, and software teams.
- Lead with rigorous and concise written and verbal communication.
- Set clear timelines and hold teams accountable for documentation and testing standards.
- Create automated testing programs and conduct electrical tests.
- Maintain a detail-oriented and scientific mindset in problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a test engineer or applications engineer.
- Ability to write code and create automated testing programs.
- Hands-on capability to build and run electrical tests.
- Strong mechanical intuition.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with mechanical design (nice-to-have).
- PCB design experience (nice-to-have).
