Responsibilities
- Designing complete RF power systems from architecture to schematic to layout
- Ensuring accurate RF power diagnostics and metrology
- Collaborating with engineers and scientists to gather system requirements
- Creating firmware requirements
- Sourcing components and leading manufacturing efforts
- Hands-on prototyping and testing
- Designing and documenting cable harnesses
Job Requirements
- Complete end-to-end ownership of RF systems
- RF resonant power amplifier design in the hundreds of Watts range
- RF power measurement sensor design
- Hands-on prototyping and testing experience
- Cable harness design, documentation, and fabrication
- Advanced degree in power electronics or related field (nice-to-have)
- Plasma systems experience (nice-to-have)
