Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team on satellite hardware/software design and testing.
- Design, evaluate, procure, assemble, and test spacecraft structural components.
- Perform mechanical and thermal analysis for spacecraft systems.
- Integrate parts and systems into spacecraft and document procedures for future improvements.
- Engage in hands-on design and development in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize CAD and analytical software for design and analysis tasks.
- Contribute to the development of control system modeling and design.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, or equivalent technical degree.
- Passion for hardware development and hands-on design.
- Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Bonus: Experience with CAD and analytical software.
- Bonus: Experience with electromechanical system design.
- Bonus: Knowledge of control system modeling and design.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual.
