Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to create designs for semiconductor systems and products.
- Perform engineering calculations for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Evaluate product proposals and resolve technical problems to ensure design safety.
- Prepare engineering documentation for prototype and production products.
- Manage engineering project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and participate in design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, PhD preferred.
- Coursework or project experience in designing complex mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of semiconductor deposition processes (CVD, ALD, EPI, PVD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CE, NFPA, and Semi S2-95 standards for manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CREO, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- 0-2 years of professional work experience or graduation in Fall 2025.
