Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles and research data to create designs for semiconductor systems and products.
- Perform engineering calculations for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics problems.
- Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Determine product proposal feasibility and resolve technical problems.
- Prepare engineering documentation for prototype and production products.
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate (0-2 years) or graduating in Fall 2025 with a Master's or PhD in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience with design and development of mechanical systems (e.g., reactors, vacuum chambers).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, CREO, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for technical discussions.
