Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS-based solutions.
- Interface with customers for support and maintenance requirements.
- Manage defect management, feature back porting, and defect fixing.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates post-launch.
- Collaborate with the firmware development team on design and development solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and line management for a distributed support team.
- Build and lead a successful Support and Maintenance team.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with debugging skills.
- Experience in development and maintenance of product quality firmware, including bootloaders and device drivers.
- Good understanding of industry specifications such as UEFI and ACPI.
- Engineering management experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining production quality firmware in the server segment (nice to have).
- Knowledge of open-source projects and community involvement (nice to have).
