Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering efforts from conceptual studies through design, construction, commissioning, and operation.
- Develop and review electrical design standards and specifications.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis including load flow and short-circuit studies.
- Coordinate with and review designs from external consultants and partners.
- Conduct site inspections and factory acceptance tests for critical power infrastructure.
- Provide guidance on power distribution and energy-efficient strategies.
- Support operational readiness and maintenance planning for electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of medium and low voltage power systems.
- Proficiency with electrical modeling tools (e.g., SKM Power Tools, ETAP).
- Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and international electrical codes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-discipline team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Prior experience with hyperscale data center environments or co-location facilities.
