Responsibilities
- Support and maintain product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS based platform solutions.
- Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team.
- Manage defects and perform defect fixing.
- Backport features and updates to existing firmware.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.
- Provide customer support in triaging and resolving reported issues.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining product quality firmware, including bootloaders and device drivers.
- Server firmware development experience.
- Familiarity with open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC.
- Knowledge of technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills for customer support and collaboration.
