Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS based platforms.
- Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team for successful deployment.
- Manage defects, including defect fixing and feature back porting.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates post-launch.
- Develop and maintain product quality firmware with a focus on bootloaders and device drivers.
- Provide customer support in resolving reported issues.
- Engage with open-source projects related to firmware development.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in firmware development and maintenance, particularly in server environments.
- Knowledge of bootloaders, device drivers, and server firmware development.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in providing support and maintenance for production quality firmware.
- Understanding of open-source projects like Linux Kernel and UEFI EDK II.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid working environment.
