Responsibilities
- Maintain and support product quality firmware of Arm Neoverse CSS based platform solutions.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.
- Manage defects, feature back porting, and defect fixing.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates for customers.
- Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team.
- Develop server firmware and provide customer support in triaging and resolving issues.
- Work with technologies such as bootloaders, device drivers, and open-source projects like Linux Kernel.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in development and maintenance of product quality firmware.
- Familiarity with server firmware development.
- Knowledge of technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in customer support and resolving reported issues.
- Familiarity with open-source projects such as TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC.
- Strong communication skills to work with distributed teams.
