Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical experts to advocate for and implement Arm’s solutions.
- Drive engagement with senior engineering and business executives.
- Work across various organizations to execute the regional vision.
- Represent Arm’s technology vision at regional events and workshops.
- Drive the adoption of Arm’s product portfolio, including compute subsystems and software tools.
- Articulate and simplify complex technical solutions.
- Foster a strong network within the semiconductor industry.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in complex systems, digital design, SoC development, or application engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of CPU/GPU/compute subsystems and development tools.
- Proven experience in leading high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Familiarity with data center, automotive electrification, and AI compute workloads.
- Strong network with semiconductor companies and data centers.
