Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and design for power delivery from data center to systems & chips.
- Set power roadmap and collaborate with vendors for future technology integration.
- Lead engineering efforts for power engineering topics across teams.
- Specify hardware and firmware for rack-level power shelves, ensuring design resiliency.
- Establish power policies and monitor power quality in data centers.
- Ensure IT power compatibility with grid requirements and manage disturbances.
- Guide power equipment manufacturers on testing and validation procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with expertise in Power Engineering.
- Proven experience in power system architecture and design.
- Knowledge of rack-level hardware design including servers and power distribution.
- Proficiency in power hardware and firmware development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
