Responsibilities
- Create statement of work (SoW) documents for complex technical programs.
- Interface with key customers and strategic partners to develop program plans, negotiating schedules and deliverables.
- Lead a cross-functional team including HW, SW, and manufacturing engineering to deliver products.
- Prepare and present weekly program status updates to senior management.
- Track and report on program status, identifying and solving concerns proactively.
- Create a master schedule capturing key deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive and coordinate engineering programs, ensuring issue resolution and escalation as needed.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
- Design engineering and manufacturing experience with rack-mounted data center equipment.
- Experience with multiple engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software, etc.).
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Significant knowledge of hardware development.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or equivalent experience; MS/MBA and PMP desirable.
