Responsibilities
- Lead SMT process development for high-quality manufacturing.
- Implement DFM principles for SMT and PCB assembly.
- Optimize PCB manufacturing processes.
- Oversee process validation and troubleshooting.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from prototyping to production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Expertise in PLM systems and ECO processes.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred experience with large form-factor BGA components.
