Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships across Archer and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Be the primary program leader for Program Gates and Milestones.
- Define, launch, and drive mission-critical technical and business initiatives.
- Identify and manage project Risks, Issues, and Opportunities.
- Execute within project schedule and budget, tracking expenses.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project milestones and updates.
- Support change control boards and identify areas for process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in complex HW/SW design and development.
- Experience as a program/project manager with knowledge of best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with little direction.
- Bonus: Experience with aviation engineering disciplines and FAA certification.
