Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement electrical architectures for robotic platforms.
- Rapidly prototype electrical systems at both system and board levels.
- Generate design documentation including schematics and test plans.
- Convert prototypes to custom circuit board specifications.
- Perform board bring-up activities and circuit validation.
- Create and execute test plans for products, including test fixture design.
- Interface with manufacturing teams to enhance design for test and assembly.
Job Requirements
- Experience in architecting and designing batteries and power electronics.
- Knowledge of functional safety design and compliance testing.
- Proficient in CAD tools like Altium and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and hardware debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing electrical subsystem requirements.
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
